If you are waiting for a final certification to feel qualified, you are already falling behind. In the emerging AI economy, literacy is a variable, not a constant, and treating it as a destination is a dangerous trap.

In a world where 39% of core skills will shift by 2030, the traditional career ladder is disappearing fast. In its place, individuals must function as a “mini-organization,” showcasing a fluid set of skills that they assemble and re-assemble as the job market shifts. Why?
AI literacy isn’t a destination you reach: it’s a non-linear journey of constant adaptation. All of us have to move beyond being “AI-curious” to becoming “AI-agile.” 🚀

In this session, I dived deep into:
- Adopting a high-agency mindset ;
- Shifting from being a “maker” to a “manager of agents”;
- The hottest new programming language is actually “Project Management.” As we move into an allocation economy, your value shifts from what you can produce yourself to how well you can direct and supervise AI “agents.” The clearer your brief, the better the machine performs; management is the new syntax.
- How to treat obstacles as simple “skill issues,”
- Developing a “skill of rejection” to reinforce your Human Advantage,
- Your human advantage isn’t what you can make with AI—it’s having the “taste” and “judgment” to say NO to it. AI is incredibly fluent, but fluent is not the same as right. The output that looks perfect but lacks your proprietary business logic is the most dangerous thing on your screen.

- Stop waiting for your employers to launch an organizational roadmap or for an AI-provider to create a new course. Instead, learn how to build your own development plan through the power of active experimentation and extreme agency!
- To stay relevant, try your best to reduce the time between between your intention to try/experiment and what you actually ship as an experiment. My advice? Dedicate 60-minute daily for experimentation
