Guidance and tools to create and evolve sustainable productivity habits
Through inquisitive questions and reflection exercises (Eisenhower Matrix, $10K Work, Kanban etc.), we’ll unearth hidden beliefs or patterns you may hold about productivity so that you can overcome them!
Being busy ≠ Being productive
The key thing is identifying high-value tasks, against your vision, goals and projects to optimize your time management and be able to invest more into what matters most to you.
Being productive sustainably helps us to accomplish tasks efficiently, move towards our goals without burning ourselves out. It involves:
- Managing time;
- Prioritizing tasks and not foregoing rest;
- Minimizing distractions, and
- Utilizing tools and techniques to optimize our workflows.
What we will work on together
Being productive is not a fixed state. The way we can be productive depends on many factors:
How we feel physically (e.g. rested vs. exhausted) and emotionally (e.g. stressed out vs. relaxed);
What we have to execute on and the value we seek to get.
Just like selecting the type of oil for cooking impacts the flavor of your food, we must use the right productivity tool for what we want to do;
Where we physically are (e.g. at home alone, around people or kids, by the beach or on vacation, etc.).
Trying to cook in your kitchen feels different than trying to do it in your bathtub.
We will assess different productivity styles to pin point the ones you resonate with. This will help you to curate relevant productivity and introspection tools and, eventually, choose the ones that work well for you. We might even throw a couple of productivity workflows in there so you can automate some tasks, gain new habits and simplify your decision-making process.
I cannot wait to help you with your challenges!
When we improve our productivity in a sustainable way, we can achieve more in less time, reduce our stress, and increase our overall effectiveness.
