Guidance and tools to create a career aligned with your vision

Through inquisitive questions and reflection exercises (job scorecard, career roadmap, etc.), we’ll unearth hidden beliefs or patterns you may hold about career so that you can overcome them!

Work for a living, not the opposite!

According to many studies, the average person will spend 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime. That is a LOT of hours!

Whether you are someone’s employee or your own boss, it is worth reflecting on ways to build a career path or an entrepreneurial journey that will inspire, motivate and fulfill you.

Don’t get me wrong, no job is perfect! Even as entrepreneur, you may have to do work that you don’t enjoy. But it is possible to create and maintain a balance between tasks we ought to do and tasks we can get lost in for hours. Both types of tasks will serve either our talents or our passions.

What we will work on together

Whether you’re an employee, an entrepreneur or a recent graduate, we can work together!

I will help you formulate the right questions so that you can define your vision for your professional journey. Then we will build an actionable plan for you to find answers, put them to the test and make choices that fit YOU. Those choices will be key in creating a roadmap to make that vision into a reality.

Specifically, for employees or graduates, we focus on:

  • Refining your employee branding;
  • Increasing your visibility for to attract more career opportunities;
  • Mapping out the next steps in your career (skills, jobs, ambitions, industries);
  • Negotiating your salary and promotions;
  • Changing jobs or pivoting careers (job search, up-skill, re-skill).

The challenges are slightly the same for women entrepreneurs (solopreneurs, business owners, etc.) with nuances due to the context of their work:

  • Refining your entrepreneurial branding and how it impact your business;
  • Stepping your best foot forward and honing your pitch;
  • Mapping out the next steps in your business (expansion, optimization, repositioning, etc.);
  • Negotiating your wages with prospects or contracts with current customers;
  • Expanding your business beyond its operations.

I cannot wait to help you grasp the success that you deserve!

The most important thing to remember is, in my opinion, that your work or your business should serve your life, and not the other way around.
