“Are you the right coach for me?”….I have heard that question many times.
There are as many coaching styles as there are coaches. Therefore I can’t answer that question for you.
What I can tell you is how YOU can recognize if I would be the right coach for you.

What Sets me Apart as a Coach
Although I don’t rely on my various areas of expertise or my experiences in my coaching sessions, I have to recognize that they influence how I show up as a coach:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in strategy, product, and digital transformation;
- A deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by women and visible minorities in corporate environments;
- Proven systems that transform clarity into measurable results.
I don’t magically forget who I am nor my life experiences when I start a coaching call. They actually humble my posture as they remind me that I don’t know it all.
So acknowledging them helps me to settle in my coaching role and to fully harness the key competencies of coaching to serve my clients.
I combine strategic thinking with empathetic leadership, supporting the specific goals my clients need to accomplish while differentiating myself through cultural specificity and systematic approaches.
How to Know if We’re a Good Fit
We will work great together if:
- You want concrete frameworks, not just motivation;
- You are looking for someone who understands cultural and gender dynamics at work;
- You have a bias for strategic action over lengthy reflection—I do spend quite some time on raising self-awareness, which I encourage my clients to solidify through tangible outcomes;
- You want to optimize your performance without sacrificing your well-being.
On the contrary, I am not the right fit for you if:
- You are looking for someone who will tell you what to do;
- You want a generic, one-size-fits-all approach;
- You’re not ready to implement concrete changes.

My Value Proposition
I don’t coach in a vacuum. I am result-oriented and, as an accountability partner on my clients’ journeys, I am adamant about:
- Helping my clients discover their own solutions;
- Facilitating their reflection so that they can find the approach best suited for themselves;
- Asking them the right questions to reveal their untold insights/truths;
- Developing their ability to solve similar problems autonomously in the future.
My clients leave with tools they came up with themselves, so they end up still using them months later.
They get promotions, negotiate better, and most importantly: they stop doubting their legitimacy in spaces where they belong.
The question isn’t whether or not I am the right coach for you. The question that matters is:
Are you ready to do the work to get the results you want?
