Having lived on three continents and fluently speaking French, English, Spanish, and Japanese, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my work. This global outlook helps me connect deeply with people from diverse backgrounds.
Those life experiences also turned me into a naturally curious and entrepreneurial self-starter: novelty excites me and I welcome challenges as a pathway to betterment. My professional path is a testament to that.
I’ve spearheaded many fruitful cross-functional collaborations between marketing, sales, product, and IT teams. My roles have honed my strategic thinking, data-driven problem-solving, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
Through this atypical background and career path, my comfort zone has been stretched countless times. I have had to develop various approaches to navigate change and stress effectively, stay on track towards my goals and adopt value-maximizing productivity systems.
My mission
To coach women on systems and strategies that increase their productivity in alignement with their strengths, and help them build careers/businesses that serve their life’s ambitions.
Through The Kaizen Gal, I aim to embolden and equip women to lead their personal and professional lives in their own terms.
As a highly-organized and data-driven problem solver, I am passionate about analyzing trends and relationships between things, from both a granular standpoint and a bird’s eye view, in search of connections. I apparently cannot help but ask inquisitive questions, hi fellow ENTJs!
